You'll see two charges on your card today, one for each of the first two lines. Next you'll read and sign your agreement, then add your card. That's it.

Your agreement

The short version. Your membership starts on and runs for a minimum of six months, to . After that it continues month to month until you cancel.

Cancelling takes notice in writing. You've paid that notice period at the start, so when you do leave, your last are already covered.

Fees are collected on your Billing Day, the , from the card you add in the next step. This isn't a fixed-term contract and it won't end on its own.

Your data, and how we use AI

Who. The Hub Coworking S.L. (theHUB) is the data controller. Questions to hola@thehubibiza.com. Full policy at thehubibiza.com/privacy-policy.

What we hold. Your contact and billing details, your membership and payment history, your Wi-Fi check-ins, your bookings, and what you buy at Bella Vita and the bar when it's charged to your membership.

Why. To run your membership and bill you (that's the contract). To keep the building and the service working well for you, including seeing which spaces, times and products members actually use (our legitimate interest). To send you member news and offers, which you can switch off any time.

AI. We use AI tools to help us run theHUB: drafting replies to you, spotting when a member hasn't been in for a while, summarising feedback, and analysing spend and usage across the membership. Our AI providers work for us under data processing agreements and don't train their models on your data. A person is always behind any decision that affects your membership or billing.

Your rights. Ask us any time for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, or to stop a use you don't like. We keep your data for the life of your membership plus the period Spanish tax and accounting law requires, then delete it.
